Beyond the Metamorphosis Conference, we recognize that women need tools to access and continue the process of change. The Metamorphosis Empowerment Program provides practical applications, tools, resources and developmental skills to women to achieve personal success. Leadership seminars, career development, health empowerment, speakers training and other topics have been presented during our programs. Partnerships with corporate sponsors give greater access to business resources.

WHAT A MAN REALLY WANTS - PART 2

Our most requested seminar ever! 2017 will be the continuation of the HOT TOPIC and major dialogue with men as they share their thoughts and mindset about relationships. Join moderator Nikki Woods, former producer of the Tom Joyner Morning Show, as she delves deep into the conversation with four men as they share, what a man really wants.   

Who are these men? Jay Barnett, the founder/president of TheMEproject, is an author, inspirational speaker and former football player. Al Davis is a licensed patent attorney and is known to his clients as "the ideas lawyer" who has worked with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Oscars and the Grammys. Seven the Poet - a teacher by trade, an author and spoken word artist by passion, Seven is the mastermind behind the Poety Lounge - Houston. Rev. AJ is a pastor and missionary, he is also known for his work in radio as he writes and produces national sports updates for broadcast on seven Christian radio stations. He and his ex wife often teach a class on reconcialtion for women in divorce recovery.

As women, when do we recognize the need to lighten our load, to ask for help or to stop fulfilling the super woman role? If this sounds like you, take a moment to breathe and learn about resources that can help you say no, work towards a sense of balance, and break the feeling of being overwhelmed. You can dispel the myth of the “strong” black woman by being mentally and emotionally strong.

Panelists include Kathy Flanagan, M.D., Felecia Powell Williams, Ph.D., Verdi Lethermon, Ph.D., and Ms. Lynette Reddix, owner No Sister Left Behind.
